She is the author of Leaning into Curves: Trusting the Wild Intuitive Way of Love, a powerful memoir, and Elegies to a Dark Goddess, meditation on creativity and feminine wisdom. Her forthcoming book, First Flame: A Woman's Journey to the Fire of Truth, blends memoir, poetry, and self-help to explore women’s spiritual authority and creative leadership. Linda also publishes the Substack newsletter Ignite Your Magic, where she writes on women’s empowerment, intuitive consciousness, and the bridge between psychology and spirituality.

Linda began her career in corporate communications, public relations, and graphic design after earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Michigan State University. In 1983, she became a helping professional, earning a master’s in counselor education from Siena Heights University and later a doctorate in counseling psychology from West Virginia University. She worked extensively in mental health—including addictions, community mental health, hospitals, and private practice—and built a wide-ranging speaker’s portfolio. As a higher education leader, she served as dean of a graduate college, director of a counselor education program, and assistant professor. She taught at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels.
