When women speak, and women listen, change occurs in an effortless way.  Truth breaks through and the heart recognizes and welcomes it.  We see differently.  We create differently. We are different.

The transition to elder status poses challenges for women. A sense of invisibility.  Physical changes. Care-giving responsibilities for parents, spouses, grandchildren. Awareness of not-yet-realized dreams.  Creative urges.  An unmet desire to live our truth, to be even more authentic.

For many, there is a "liminal space" when we become conscious of old beliefs and habits that no longer serve us, yet we've not yet seen what we can be and become.

My intention is to invite this Sacred Feminine Elder community to go deep. To go still. To awaken to radical self-acceptance, radical authenticity and radical truth-telling on your own terms.  When you walk into a room, I want everyone to sense your comfort with your skin, your power and your spiritual certainty. I want them to sense that you know who you are.
